Owners son Joe offered great communication and details as requested, agreed to purchase and went to dealership. Upon completing the purchase I was told there are no key fobs or any regular keys except for grey valet key which happened to start the vehicle. It would and should have been obvious to tell the purchaser that there are no key fobs or regular keys for the vehicle. It goes without saying. Since I had Honda replace with two new keys and fobs for $350. I would not have purchased the vehicle without having that fee settled.

Told me the truck was sold the day before i was coming to buy it. Asked me if I'm looking for anything else. Truck is still available online. Obvious "bait and switch" sales technique.

So we trade in our Toyota grand highlander2025 for the used car Volvo xc90 2020. That said maintenance in Volvo done and don’t worry about nothing but after we got the Volvo and drove home check engine turned on and some other issues, we bring it back and they said we will take care and fix it. It’s 1 week and nothing happened. We are without car and still waiting and can’t even get the answer what is going on.

So I had a pre approval , they called me in and tried to charge me 5k without even choosing a vehicle , I told them that I was open to cars and not stuck on the Audi , I want whatever is in my range. Well the guy takes 15 minutes, comes back and says “well I can get you approved , but it’ll be expansive “ I left , but later learned that he was simply being shady and not using my pre approval , which would have only required 1k down which was in my terms , I failed to ask them why they told me that bs and no one will get on the phone , they say they will call me back and never do. Very shady place , be careful
