Too many emails, texts, calls. Dealer would not negotiate on price. Poor listening skills from the sales consultant. Even after clearly not making a deal and clearly explaining the reasons why the clueless sales consultant followed up with a phone message asking me how my experience was. Methinks this sales consultant needs to learn effective face to face and phone communication skills in a customer-oriented business. Not surprised though as many dealerships have a hard time “closing the deal” with well-educated well-researched consumers.
