Great communication!

Were nice at first, but quickly became adversarial and were very inflexible. They had a very condescending tone and I walked out the moment they said "we are doing you a favor." When they brought me a deal that was terrible. I ended uo buying another vehicle from a different dealer. Would avoid this dealer.

So far, So GOOD I'M buying after they fix a few things

I will give zero stars if I could ! Do not come here! They pulled a bait-and-switch on us! Even after showing them a thread of text messages over two days, they still denied it and tried to say it was a “misunderstanding”, when the text messages clearly proved otherwise. I was very clear about the vehicle we came to see as well as the price that was agreed-upon with proof from the text messages on my phone that I made sure to show the salesman before we even went outside to look at the vehicle. And even with all that they still had the nerve to have us test drive the vehicle, knowing they were not going to honor the price and then they tried to show us a different vehicle! Like what???? Do NOT come here! I should’ve read the reviews before I went because this seems to be an ongoing theme with this dealership.

I was satisfied with their performance

DO NOT BUY HERE. They lied to me 3 times. They lied when they told me I could take a car off the lot. They lied when they did not disclose damage the car had. They lied when I agreed to a deal and they sold it from under me the day before I picked it up. I was willing to trust them. I should not have. Their response was “we’re in the business to sell cars.” My hope is that you do not aid them in that.
