The sales and finance staff at Lester Glenn were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I can sum up my visit in one statement: "Yes, I would buy another car from them".

NEVER BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I went in to get a service checkup on the car I bought from them a year ago. I approached the salesperson to explore the possibility of trading it in; I spent the entire day talking with him until, at the end of the day, he made me an offer that I accepted—and we shook hands like men. I waited around to sign the paperwork, but an hour later, he came back with a different offer, claiming it wasn't possible to proceed with the deal I had accepted. After shaking my hand and confirming the transaction, they failed to honor their word. They have no integrity. For a year, I had all my scheduled servicing and maintenance done at this dealership, yet they treat their customers with utter disregard. Never do business with them, because they will turn their backs on you later and fail to honor what was agreed upon. I believe the owner of this dealership needs to be more careful about the people he hires.

I would not do business with them again. The vehicle had significant damage that was not disclosed to me until very late in the process. I even asked directly about the damage, as it was noted on the Carfax. I was told it is just minor scratch or ding. There were two very large (probably a foot long) deep scratches on the hood, and damage to multiple rims. Also nicks and dings in multiple areas. It took them two days to even respond after I had informed them I would not be proceeding with the purchase. Unfortunate and disappointing interaction.
