Drove over 100 miles for a SUV that was photoshopped to look beautiful and in person it looked like a nightmare

Inquired about service history of vehicle with high mileage. was referred to car maintenance record online. no information other than that. decided not to pursue further bc maintenance record did not list any parts replaced, so I had to assume all original parts and high risk of expensive repairs if vehicle purchased.

I was prepared to purchase a 2023 Mazda CX-5 from this dealership but ultimately walked away due to unprofessional handling. The salesperson was polite, but avoided putting important details in writing and pushed phone calls instead. When I came in with my mechanic and father (the dealership knew in advance), the vehicle was extremely dirty. My mechanic identified significant tire wear and a brake issue. The manager then made rude comments about the number of people present and asked my mechanic how much he was charging us, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. The manager stated they do not replace tires on used cars and claimed replacements could be done for $89 each, which is unrealistic. He also said fixing the brake issue would require replacing all four brakes at my expense, despite the car being presented as ready. After another sarcastic comment, I decided to walk away. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Would highly recommend Larsen Ford. The truck I looked just wasn’t right for me but they were great to deal with and friendly.

I went for a long distance to see the car they told me to call it was in great shape had no damage on the outside the car was in terrible shape the rear door wouldn't even open the hatch door the plates in between the front and rear windows on the driver side look like they were melted the tires were bald the car look terrible they wasted my time driving all the way there to see that piece of garbage the big lie I was told by the sales people there what a joke only problem is the joke was on me
