Did not have the car I wanted

I bought a 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 from Gravity Autos Atlanta and had a terrible, deceitful experience. First, they withheld the MBUX rear-seat tablet and only admitted they had it after I confronted them. Second, they ignored our written agreement for a major inspection and wear-and-tear part replacements. No inspection was done. Even basic parts like the windshield wipers arrived old, porous, and ruined. Third, they lied about the shipping costs for the missing tablet. They claimed FedEx Overnight would cost $600 to justify using slow Ground shipping (6-10 days). I verified the actual rates: a fully insured overnight package from Atlanta to Vegas is only $85-$145. I strongly advise against doing business with Gravity Autos Atlanta. They break written agreements, withhold paid equipment, and continuously lie to save a few dollars.
