This is my second vehicle from Autolika this year. The first car was a total loss in an accident, but I had a such good experience working with Marko the first time that I went back for the replacement. He was very helpful with the financing portion of both sales, and even stopped to have an oil change done before I left the lot. I was looking for a VW Tiguan specifically, and they had the best selection of pre owned Tiguans in my price range of anyone within a 50mi radius of me.

Friendly dealership and great customer service

It was great the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to point out that they were the only dealership to reach out to me right away. I had reached out after hours and was not able to answer I assumed that it wasn’t available and that is why they called. I was wrong they called me the next day. I jumped in my car and drove u to see them and it was still there. They were transparent with everything they provided me with a copy of the carfax report when I got there. After we decided we wanted to buy it they expedited the financing process and we were out of there in about 30-45 minutes. Keep in mind it was during the recent wind storms and they had a power outage during the storm and they had to start over. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Great experience overall. No complaints.
