All in all, it was a great experience, everything went smoothly and we spent about as much time as we expected to make the purchase.

Chose a different vehicle in the end, but guys were extremely helpful and nice!

After a miscommunication left me a bit sour, they reached out and informed me that they had fixed the issues with the car I had looked at. They didn’t just fix it themselves, they had a reputable mechanic fix it. By the time they reached out I had already purchased a different car, but I would be happy to return had I not found something elsewhere!

I went to the dealership 4 times and decided to buy the car so had a friend take me there. The first employee I had been dealing with wasn’t there but a second employee asked me if I understood that the car was from a foreign country (a grey market) and I didn’t understand what he was talking about. First I heard of this, after all the times I talked to them! I called my mechanic and after he watched an 11 minute video he called me back and advised me against it so I decided not to buy the car. Price was good but communication wasn’t.
