Dealerships near me (Bothell, WA)

When I asked for their best price over the phone, Tom Turex said he couldn't drop 1000's but maybe 100's. He passed me to Pete who told me that, after reviewing the listing they were going to now price it $1000 more but could let me have it for initial price. We also did an AI query asking if there were any known problems. The additional deal killer was the response of low gas mileage and an occasional "death wobble." No Thanks!

Clean car inside and out, accurate pictures, honest about condition. Friendly staff that never pressured me, would reccomend.

The salesman was very helpful but the car was not on the lot. It was being shipped from Texas. I told him I wasn't interested and why, but he kept pushing! I finally stopped responding to his texts.

I went to test drive the car and it was not in good shape. I said I would be open to looking at another car and they just left me sitting at the desk for an hour. So I thanked my sales person and left. They tried to stop me from leaving the lot very unprofessional. We bought another car the same evening. They really just wasted my time. I will never buy from them ever.

Tried to arrange prepurchase inspection, but could not before car was sold

So far so good communication could be a bit better but overall great experience and happy with them.

I found a car online & called immediately to see if it was still available; it was. However, she said they couldnt put a hold on it & someone was scheduled to view it the next day (seems like a type of 'hold' to me). She told me I had to wait to see if they purchased the car & she would let me know that evening if purchased. If not, she knew I would be there the next morning. They close at 9pm- never received communication. This is important because I live 3 hrs away & needed to know the night before so I could be there in the morning. I had to call the next morning to speak to someone & OMG- the woman who answered the phone was so short & stressed. Everyone was in a meeting & this poor lady was left to answer a multiline phone- it wasnt pretty. The rep finally called, told me the car sold then said she would keep looking & asked if I would let her know if I found one so she could stop looking. Mgt really needs to pay attention to customer service for all involved. Not impressed.

M & R were very helpful with my purchase. Buying transaction went smoothly and the photos of the vehicle matched the actual condition of the vehicle.

No one from the dealership contacted me after I reached out. Hard to believe it wasn’t worth their time or effort to reach out. Very disappointed in the process.
