Salesperson delivered the car to my home without charge. Also gave me a thirty day warranty. These people are awesome

WARNING - I attempted to purchasing the same advertised vehicle three times. When I arrived each time to purchase it they claimed it sold 15 min before and then offered me a another car for more money. The manager doing this is Kevin Gaharm. It was my for mother’s 77th birthday gift from her children. she drove 5 hrs to pick it up and they did it to her as well. I have a photo with her standing next to the pearl wt 2018 Ford Escape w/tan leather AWD!

Long story short, we agreed on the price on the phone, and we went to get the finance paper done, but they forced me to get the dealer's added package, or I would not get the car. If there is absolutely no choice for me to get the car at the price we agreed on, you should add it to your listing price. Wasted my time and had my credit pulled based on a false assumption of the price.
