This dealer has a 2011 Ford Escape XLS with low mileage that I was interested in however it was priced 3K over Kelly Blue Book. I inquired about a lower price for a cash sale and was told the price was firm. No negotiating. I was willing to pay a bit higher than the KBB value however the response I received was short and abrupt, and I decided not to deal with this business.

went there to look at the car was texting with a salesman, got to the dealer none was waiting, i waited a few minutes and then told someone that i had an appointment to see said car.. he said ill show you where to go.... pointed down the lot said take the gravel road till you see two rows of cars and it should be on the end... there were cars and rows all over,,, so my grandson and i wandered all over looking for said car... after 3 or 4 trips around the pasture we gave up... texted the sales man and SAID WHERE ARE YOU WE CAN NOT FIND THE CAR... HE SAID OHHH IM NOT REALLY THERE, I WILL GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU. so i head back to the office talk to someone there, asked redundant ??s then told the car has been at the toyota dealer for repairs since Thursday,,, this was Saturday... test drove a similar car,,, filled out paperwork....left and never heard a word back!!! messed up

This is a no frills dealership. You can walk around the lot looking at cars you are interested in and test drive whatever by yourself. There's no pressure, and no negotiation on price. Not all of the cars were in very good condition, but that was clearly indicated by the price. Friendly and helpful team.

the truck was dirty and dusty on the outside...The engine was very clean...like they steam clean it! The inside of the truck was very clean too! I found that l had a rock chip in my windshield that 405 Motors didn't tell me about! And the oil was dirty too No saleman around !! Overall .The truck runs good.

Friendly, timely, overall a pleasant experience. Nobody tried to force any extra sales or warranties on us, our dealer was kind and easy to work with, and even let my wife and I test drive on our own. Larger, name-brand dealerships have passed us from dealer to dealer to manager, but we dealt with one salesman for the whole process with 405 motors. The building looked a little shady to my wife from the outside, but that feeling quickly faded. If we look for another used vehicle, I'd be sure to check their inventory first.

Called before 1 hour driving to there to ask is the car has any mechanic or drivability problem, they answer with no problems at all. But turn out has engine light on and the car is lacking power. After 5 mins, drive another 1 and half hour home. Waste of time.

This dealer had three vehicles I was interested in. I will say, they seem to have a large selection. They were great about emailing me, almost on the verge of pushy, trying to get me to set a time to come in and see them. I didn't make an appointment, I just showed up on the day we were car shopping. We walked into an overcrowded room full of desks. No one immediately stood up or acknowledged us. Eventually one man seemed to notice us. Another man showed us the vehicles on his computer and then he pointed out the door and gave us some general directions as to where to go to find them, telling us that they were "all grouped together." Without any accompaniment we began the trek to the location he indicated. The gravel road was rough and we weren't sure where we were going. We did finally find the cars but without a sales person to offer keys for us and the seeming lack of interest in our business, we just left and purchased a vehicle from a more personable dealer.

They responded quickly but after talking to them on the phone I was assured that the Car I was interested in was still available. However after I took uber to get there (round trip cost came close to $200 since I live in tacoma, and they new that) they informed me that the car has been sold but they have other cars in the lot. Needless to say that i do not appreciate this kind of tactics so I left. PS. I had to take a day off from work to make this 90 mile trip!

Not my favorite place. Vehicle really not ready to show. Dead battery and radio off line due to dead battery. Could not determine if it worked. Locks were not operating. Didn't feel like we mattered much. We sat and waited for a long time. didn't go back.

They sold the car I was coming to view, and did not contact me to let me know. They had my contact info via email, CarGurus, and cell phone. When I got there (about 2 hours drive), they said they did not know how to contact me to let me know the car was sold. The other car of the same make and model had serious internal deterioration on the ceiling, but that somehow did not make it into the description or photos. These people are a little shady, me thinks.

Had a very negative experience at 405 Motors. It began well enough... I emailed about a specific car we had seen on Car Gurus and a reply came back suggesting we come in for a test drive. When we arrived we were told the car I was interested in had been sold and we were left on our own to look at the cars they did have, which were not what we had come for. My husband was not happy about the apparent “bait and switch” tactic and said so to the sales rep. A day later I was emailed that the car had not been sold after all. I had already purchased another car at a dealership and I am very happy with my new vehicle. I won’t return to 405 Motors or recommend them to anyone. Zero ⭐️s

Inadvisable, my experience with them was pointless. I called 405 Motors Tuesday 10-24 at 3:09 p.m. inquiring about the advertised 2015 platinum highlander. The person answering your phone named Tesa told me it had been sold. You email me 2 days later saying it's available. I scheduled an 11:00 am appointment 11-28, 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment I received another email saying it had been sold."Life is to short to deal with inept none truthful car dealers." . What should I believe? I'm interested if you can explain what this mixed message means. Perhaps why this vehicle has been on your lot without being sold. Regards Michael.

Great family owned dealership. I purchased a very low miles Honda Pilot. 405 motors was able to get me the best trade in value for my car out of any of the other dealers I talked to, and the purchase price of my new car was well below comparable offerings. Bari was very responsive and we were able to get details worked out via phone before I came in. Once I got there I was in and out within 45 minutes. Easy car buying experience and would come back again!

I had been watching this car for a few weeks and finally contacted the dealer about it. I was told "it just sold." It was a great price but I kind of wonder if they kept the car on their site as a loss leader for a bit too long. They answered promptly and e-mailed a couple times so I can't blame them for that. I have not purchased a car yet and would still consider them.

Rude and unprofessional. I could only guess these people's backgrounds, given the way they talked to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. All their cars are marked up way high. They wouldn't even give me a ballpark trade in value on my car without me coming in. Most dealers will take your vin #, mileage, and few other details and be able to give you a rough trade in value. Don't waste your time with these people.

I planned to go see the vehicle and instead of letting me drive 50 miles to go see it, they followed up to let me know it had sold and were very apologetic. I'd recommend them. This is not the vehicle I purchased, but close. I purchased a 2009, not a 2007. Everyone at 405 Motors was very helpful, the no haggle price listed is the price the vehicle is sold for. Easy going sales representatives, Zack was very helpful and professional. The paperwork process was shorter and more efficient than other dealers, but since there were two other couples in front of us, we had to wait a little while to get in to sign paperwork.

The experience was horrible from the beginning. When we arrived we were told to go to the back lot ourselves and take a picture of the car we were there to look at, and show it to the man, and he would then bring it around. Then we were told that "we never negotiate the price of our cars" when I was specifically referred there by a co-worker, who told me that this dealership was always willing to work with the customer. I felt discriminated against and on top of all of that, the office was filled with very bad body odor, which was offputting, and very bad as soon as you walked into the door.

The vehicle was located (it seemed) a 1/4 mile from the dealer's office. I received no offer to transport myself (therefore my wife) to the truck. The walk was uphill and difficult for me (I'm 60 and a disabled Vet/ my wife has orthopedic issues as well. This is a LONG way for us to walk. When I got to the truck the deck that covers the bed of the truck (a Chevy Avalanche) was gone! Ripped out at some time. Tattered remains could be seen in the bed. This didn't JUST HAPPEN as the lot guy wanted me to believe. I drove from South Kitsap to see this truck and it's not ready for sale. I won't be back

These cars were overpriced and the dealer will not negotiate. I was warned by another dealer all their cars come from auctions on the east coast. So when I found the car I was ready to buy (only 13k miles) I took it to a dealership for a buyers inspection. The whole underbody of the car was covered in rust and very damaged. If you're considering buying one of their cars do a buyers inspection. $130 is nothing compared to 20k or so and buying a piece of crap. They'll try to get you to buy it first promising a 24hr return policy but insist on the inspection first. Would never shop with them again... Or recommend them.

Made an online offer, no response. Then scheduled a test drive online for the same vehicle, received no specific response, just a very general, "thanks for choosing us to shop for cars," type email. Then, that same day, the vehicle listing was removed from car gurus and their website. I'm assuming it had already been sold. Would've been nice to have received a specific reply to that effect. No big deal, I took my 22k cash to another dealer and got a great vehicle.

Went to look at the car and the dealership only had 4 or 5 parking spots available! It was packed and we had to park pretty far away and walk. Then we got there and walked around for at least 30 minutes checking out the cars and there were ZERO salespeople walking around checking on customers. And there were quite a few customers walking the lot. Did not like the experience and decided not to buy from them.

We ended up purchasing a vehicle from 405 motors. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle with low miles. They specialize in luxury brands and had the best prices, after months of research (consumer reports, US News, Kelly Bluebook, Edmunds, and CarGururs). The owner and sale staff are hard-working guys, very low key and deliver great customer service. Do not let the appearance of the building cause you any concern, it helps them keep their prices low. I met a lot of people in the parking lot who have purchased multiple cars over the years and have refereed their friends.

Dealer showed a car online with a mileage of 48,000 miles. I drove from Bellingham Wa to Woodinville to see the car and finally, finally when a representative waited on my he said "oh, yeah, well, the mileage was really 84,000 and we corrected it yesterday on line". They didn't mention that when they called to ask me if I needed directions to their business the day before I came. Lousy, lousy service... representatives with other customers never even looked up to say "I'll be with you in a minute". And then the guy just casually says the mileage was wrong after I drove a good distance to their business. I just walked out. Oh, and when you go there... anticipate that there is not discussion about the price... it is set and there is no discussion about a lesser price what so ever. would I ever go there again. nope.

Shady!! Untrustworthy business. I was offered $2400 less on my trade than three other dealerships, and for what I ultimately traded it in for. Two vehicles we drove had major problems, such as horrible and unsafe brakes, and the pricing of the vehicles did not reflect these issues, nor were they being disclosed.

While they did have a specific car I was looking for at a reasonable price, there was a concern that I must caution others about. When writing up the sales contract I was delivered the three keys. The vehicle has an alarm system that activates when locking the doors. I did not get the key FOB that turns off the alarm when opening the door. The sales person who took my money told me every vehicle they sell has at least one key and one FOB and that they would order one and mail it to me. Since I live 65 miles away I accepted their word. My wife called a couple of weeks later and was told, that since the FOB was not promised in writing, that they didn't have to send me one. That piece of necessity is usually around $85.00. So I want to warn others that while the vehicles may be of good quality ,unless everything promised is on paper and signed ,don't take their word for anything!

they sell broken cars, they hide everything they can, if you buy a car from them take it to a shop for check up.

We called to see a particular car, were told it was there, after a 45 minute trip to get there, the car was in service and not available after all. They couldn't tell us when it would be out. A second car did not match the advertised picture: hubcaps and gearshift knob were missing, wheels badly rusted. Service was indifferent with no eye contact. Directions to the gravel lots were skimpy and confusing.
