Very unprofessional experience. They attempted to sell me a car with what appears to be a failing alternator. I have 20 years of experience as an automotive and industrial mechanic, so I know the signs when I see them.When I arrived, the vehicle didn’t even have a battery installed. They put one in and jump-started it, but as soon as the jumper cables were removed, the car shut off. I explained that this strongly indicated an alternator issue, since the battery was not being charged and the vehicle could not continue running properly.They insisted the battery was the problem and replaced it, but that still did not address the real issue. Even after that, they continued trying to sell the car as if nothing was wrong. The salesperson claimed the car was “fine now,” but the only thing keeping it running temporarily was the battery charge, which would quickly drain without a functioning alternator. Between the condition and the overall lack of professionalism, stay away.
