Wasted time. I had to hand feed them information about the used EV tax credit after they told me I would have to do it myself because they were only aware of a credit for new evs and they couldn't find information for dealers claiming the credit. Once I sent them the IRS link showing they could do it they came back and told me the vehicle was sold.

Horrible truck didn't crank 2 hours later, pours oil and needs power steering work, broken door handle, list goes on and on, sold me a certified lemon.
