I spoke to Frank Covello the day before I could see the car. I was willing to drive the 200 miles but needed to be sure it would be available prior to making the drive. Frank stated he would set it aside and assured me that it would be available. He also set me up with Justin Waggoner as he wasn’t scheduled to work the next day. The car was there as promised. Justin was a great person to deal with and made the buying experience as good as it possibly could be. I drove the distance because they had no hidden fees and what fees they had were extremely reasonable. Can’t say the same for the other dealers I visited. Also, the car exceeded my expectations. The car was competitively priced, if not cheaper with lower miles and more features. I was not a fan of the finance portion as it’s the dealers chance to upsell. That’s always the case but it’s exhausting. I had great interactions with all the staff I came into contact with. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Appointment was easily scheduled and we were approached and greeted as we arrived at the dealership. They were very busy, but our salesman, Dylan, was very attentive and helped us find the perfect vehicle. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The staff ws very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I decided not to purchase the vehicle that I test drove I went with a different make and model.

This is my first financed car and the process was good. Jon Detrick and Brian Read was the best.
