I spoke to Frank Covello the day before I could see the car. I was willing to drive the 200 miles but needed to be sure it would be available prior to making the drive. Frank stated he would set it aside and assured me that it would be available. He also set me up with Justin Waggoner as he wasn’t scheduled to work the next day. The car was there as promised. Justin was a great person to deal with and made the buying experience as good as it possibly could be. I drove the distance because they had no hidden fees and what fees they had were extremely reasonable. Can’t say the same for the other dealers I visited. Also, the car exceeded my expectations. The car was competitively priced, if not cheaper with lower miles and more features. I was not a fan of the finance portion as it’s the dealers chance to upsell. That’s always the case but it’s exhausting. I had great interactions with all the staff I came into contact with. I would absolutely buy from them again.

All the five star reviews are misleading. It was obvious from the start once the salesperson new I did my homework on the vehicle they knew they weren't going to make a big commission on me so the communication suffered from then on. They drag their feet in getting me an estimated trade in value knowing full well they had someone else they were trying to close on and they ended up doing just that and never notifying me.

They were very good to deal with. I highly recommend them.

The staff ws very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I decided not to purchase the vehicle that I test drove I went with a different make and model.

Used CarGurus to search and find car. Working with dealer to make purchase was easygoing.
