I can't believe that you are forcing me to pay for add-ons. It is so deceptive that the advertised price was low and I will be forced to pay for extra just to reach your ultimate goal price.

Hard working people

Terrible experience. First of all they was only one pic online. Whent in to see it in person. Started loan online, ran my credit, told me truck was ready to go. Then, tell me that it needed smog and they were going to fix it. Reach out again, now they tell me one of his drivers sold it last night. Bad communication, unprofessional, unorganized. Go to a real dealer of you want to buy a car. I will never do business with them, and never recommend. Stay away from this place.

We had such a wonderful car buying experience today at alfis auto sales with George and alex . I had visited quite a few other car dealerships during the past month and had very poor, mediocre service from them. George and alex were VERY honest. They knew the cars very well. They are very familiar with the specs, features, engine, transmission, etc.. We had an excellent experience from the appointment to the test drive until leaving with the car! Finally, we felt like we found someone we could trust. Great price, and we love the car! Thanks to alfis auto sales .

The dealer provided a Purchase Order that had inaccurate mileage (60,987/62,207 actual). Provided a CarFax. While the CarFax indicates no damage, the car has a damaged windshield. The dealer stated that the cracks had been filled, but they were not. The surface was still irregular. The is also a fresh deep scratch on the protective film (driver-side rear door). The dealer bushed it off with "the scratch did not reach the paint surface. All this I was supposed to take his word for it, and the dealer had ample opportunity to divulge the information before I obtained a purchase order and drove 50 miles. The dealer indicated that he has worked with my credit union on many occasions, yet refused to provide my credit union with a non-purchase notice to clear the drop letter the credit union generated. I had to wait 15 days for CU policy clearance. I have photos of damage, emails, and text messages to the dealer regarding the NPN. I would not recommend the dealer to anyone!
