What a disappointment and a waste of time! An hour before my arranged appointment I received an e-mail/text asking me to confirm. When I arrived and saw the vehicle sitting out front I opened the door to take a look. A salesman came by to tell me the vehicle was already sold. I told him, that I had an appointment to take a look at it. He took me inside to meet Madisen whom I had previously spoken with. After a minute or so, she came by to tell me the vehicle had been sold. I asked her why wasn't I told and how is it that an hour earlier I was asked to confirm my appointment. She apologized and started to tell me about another Bronco on the lot that is available. It was very unprofessional not to let me know the vehicle was sold. IDK if this was an internal miscommunication or just an attempt to still get e to come by and try and sell me something else. However, it was very poorly handled and I would not go back to that particular Haley dealer again. Enid O.

The salesman called right away. I went there and I liked the truck They told me it had not been inspected and it would be a couple of days and they would call me I asked if I could put money down to hold it. The lady sales person said yes and $500 would work The sales manager came out and said they didn’t hold vehicles. I said okay call me when I can get it. This was on Monday. I waited until Thursday and called to check I was told someone came that day right after me and bought it. What happened to the inspection? Why didn’t the sales lady know they didn’t hold vehicles? When I called checking on it the guy knew immediately what I was calling for They should have let me know it was sold the next day It’s very disappointing. They don’t give a damn Live and learn
