We bought Local. It was a good price and we did drive it and it drove good. We did not want to make a long trip back up to Bellville, IL

The general manager call me and sent me an email say the car would be clean and waiting on me about two hours before my appointment that was a little over an hour away! When I got there they didn’t even know who I was or that I was coming! True sales rep said the Jeep sold the day before, she didn’t know why it was still posted on the website

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.

Tiara was helpful in providing the car history and keeping in touch.

People there were very rude. They didn't even pay attention that I was there, and when I asked questions the dealer acted as if he was annoyed with me. Never will return there.

We had an amazing experience and love the car!!
