They lie about sending my registration and license plate since January 12th I got the 2018 Toyota C-HR White color I’ve received nothing yet and the temporary plate is expired I’ve called them several times regarding the plate every time I called is different story they’re not professional They don’t call back or keep you informed about the plate. Now I can’t drive the car anywhere cause of the expired temporary plate

Tacked on an extra 6k in fees, services and sketchy paint dent ding, and the car wasn’t ready. I did not purchase. Pushy sales tactics and hand offs. Sketchy 200%

The dealer responded, but the vehicle had reported frame damage.

I contacted this dealer about the 2001 GMC Safari 3 Dr SLE I needed for my business. Unfortunately, I was told the vehicle was too old to finance. The dealer did mention lowering the price if I had cash, but $10,000 upfront isn’t realistic for me. With financing, I would have had it paid off by March or April. I was hoping to customize the van as a starter for my business, but instead I felt dismissed. Starting a business with limited resources is hard, and I didn’t feel supported in this process by the dealer.

We went in actually looking buy 2 vehicles 1 new and 1 used, the salesman had no issues telling us that he needed us to come into the dealership to make the deal and when we rushed there today the price was the same that he offered a week ago for the new vehicle and the used one was sold already, our experience there was terrible, they just want to suck you in the door and hope that you’ll settle. Between last weekend and this one we wasted 4 hours with no results, my wife and I will never step foot into that dealership again. Thanks for nothing Axis Chevrolet

It was pretty bad experience overall . Considering the fact I drove an hour and a half to this location and the car I wanted to look at wasn't there. I received a phone call confirming my appt while I was on the belt parkway 45 min before I was due there. Then the sales team tried to sell me on a "similar" truck that was in older, had more miles and less options. They Could have saved me the frustration . Gas, tolls and time if they would have just checked the vehicle was there and not wasted my time. The entire experience felt like a Bait and switch and I was trapped to buy the other truck. Ended up Buying a truck back On Long island
