I was on my way to check out the car and a receptionist told me the dealer just so happened to take the car to get recall service funny thing he he didn't think about taking the car for a recall service until the receptionist told him somebody is coming to look at the car

Vehicle is as described and pictured online and in person. The selection of vehicles on the lot was was very nice. Vehicles on the lot were ALL well conditioned, No lemons. Purchased vehicle on the spot. Got temp tags and title was delivered within 3-4 business days.

Excellent communications, nice inventory, easy to work with! Very knowledgeable on BMW’s and honest about all aspects of their cars. I would highly recommend them.

2 weeks ago my husband and I called Bavarian and spoke with Sara, who was so great over the phone. We went to check out the VW Touareg we were interested in that same day. When we got there we fell in love with the vehicle, it was clean and even more gorgeous in person. We checked it out thoroughly, found minor cosmetic issues (which they assured us would be resolved) and decided to purchase the vehicle. We knew it was a great deal and everything we were looking for - excellent condition & low miles. So we sat with Steve and, with the few low fees, we bought it. They took care of everything and pick up was arranged. Dreading the commute back to Brooklyn Sara gave us a ride, from their door to ours. The following week pick up was quick and easy. As assured, the minor issues were fixed and our new baby was freshly detailed. EVERYONE at this dealership was amazing and went above and beyond. You will not go wrong here, you will feel comfortable with no pressure at all. We left happy!!!!!!

The dealer was great but my Grandma has been in the hospital so I was not able to respond but I was very impressed with the dealer he contacted when there was any news on the vehicle he thought I should no about and he let me know he was em willing to help me when I got the opportunity but he wasn’t pushy and over bearing. I think he did a great job updating me but not being pushy.

100% the best dealership I have been to in a very long time. Sarah called me after I requested information about the land rover LR3, she was so polite and answered every question I had! The car was everything I could have dreamed of and more! My fiancé and I both test drove it. It drove beautiful and smooth. The owner bought a new battery and ordered a part for us to ensure the car was perfect before taking home. Everyone was more than helpful to accommodate my 5 month old daughter being changed and myself as a breastfeeding mother. I never have had such a thorough run down of a car and instantly showed me the car fax. No lies, no tom foolery, no lemons, they are 100% authentic, genuine, and thoughtful through the whole process. Even offering drinks and snacks made it feel like home. Price was very fair and as soon as I got the keys it felt great to know I owned a car that didn't feel deceived after buying. 100% recommend!

They told me the car was immaculate, nothing was wrong with it! We drove 6hours to find out it needed timing chains had other issues with it

My father told me about this Ash Auto Sales and he spoke to a guy named Harry. My Dad knows I love my Honda cars and he told me a white beautiful Honda Accord sitting in that lot. I was searching for cars on Car Guru and saw the ad of the car my Father was talking about. I email a message on the web site and Harry responded right away and he remembers my Dad. Harry was very professional and friendly. He was so helpful to my needs because I didn't think I was able to get that car. He made it happen for me and I'am the most happiest and proud owner of that Honda Accord. It felt like Christmas to me when he handed me the car keys. I'am forever grateful with their customer service because it felt very family oriented and he made everything so efficent with the paper work and explained every details of the process. Highly recommended place to visit and purchase a new car.
