Great experience bought the truck

I actually contacted this dealership about another car they had. And guess what a few days later i got the ole “hey, someone is looking at this car can you come in now before it is gone”. LOL! They also never answered my simple questions. And they were one of the “higher priced” on both of the used cars i inquired about. Now i know what the name means…”Lost Pines”…..”where you get lost in the woods”. Same dealership games.

Very communicative and willing to send information that most other dealers wouldn't.

David and his staff are honestly amazing. My buying experience at Roc Motors felt like I was buying from an extended family member rather than someone who was trying to make a quick buck. I bought a high-miles used car from him and he talked me through literally every potential issue I could run into with it, rather than trying to force a sale. He strikes me as the kind of person who would rather go out of business than swindle anyone - a genuinely good man. Also, his team maintains and details their cars beyond anything I've seen on high-miles cars. The one I bought from him looked and smelled like it just left the dealership brand new. This is an awesome, family-run business and I can't recommend them enough.

Took forever to complete purchase

They did not allow me to get the car checked out by a mechanic. Not a trustworthy move. Also, I had a very difficult time getting through to talk to a person instead of the AI agent.

Chat -bot told me car was available, it was not as it was having a timing chain replaced. The were rude, and I would never go back to them
