Wow is the best word to describe AutoGraf Texas. Valerii is one of the easiest dealers I have ever bought a car from. Very understanding and patient. After a few mistakes and hiccups on my part, we were able to get a deal closed. Texas to Indiana with a dodge challenger for my son. Honest and upfront about everything. I made this purchase mostly online and phone. Valerii made the process easy and protected me in every way. During and even after the car was picked up by the auto hauler. Letting me know where I was in the process along the way. He also followed up to make sure everything was good after receiving my car. I highly recommend AutoGraf Texas. If you want Honest and Dependable this is the place.

The car was not in the same condition as the photos and there were two prices for the car

Car was in worse condition than advertised. Check engine light came on day 1 of ownership. They screwed up the paperwork numerous times and had to redo it over and over. Definitely the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I Purchased a vehicle with them on a Saturday told me they had to keep the car just to do a quick maintenance Oil change and replace a sensor but the car would be ready on Monday. The owner Sam then calls Monday and says it would be ready on Tuesday instead and on Tuesday he processed to ghost me and ignore my messages and calls to then have one of his employees deliver the message that the car has electric issues and they don’t really have an estimated time of when it would be repaired, but it was going to take more then a week. They are very unprofessional selling cars that aren’t even DRIVABLE!!! I was able to contact my financing bank to cancel the deal on their end because the car was NO GOOD!!!! BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS !! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
