Was excited to go see this car. Overall great deal. We were 20 minutes away and said it was sold, but they had another one available. I don’t know what car they thought i was going to see, but he mentioned the one i was interested in was available. At that point i was confused. They had no idea which car i was going to see. Called back and told me that one was sold as well. Then offered another random car. i Didnt like their response at all. Turned around and found my car at another dealership. Glad the universe guided me out of there.

I am in Tempe, AZ; i traded in my bmw, and bought a certified beautiful used bmw from this dealership, all via email, txt, and telephone. the staff was great, answered my questions...and i am merely waiting for the finality of them picking up my car via shipping truck and me, receiving mine from sacramento. they made my dream come true! thx everyone.

I called inquiring about the color of a vehicle advertised on Car Gurus but they would not tell me. after almost a week, they said the vehicle was no longer available.
