Wonderful communication with all employees

Took the car for a test drive, waited for the salesperson to park the car and by the time our offer was submitted to the sales manager we were told the car sold 20 minutes prior. I had been there over an hour and traveled 2 hours to see the car. Very disappointing,

I expressed clear interest in purchasing this vehicle and informed the dealership that I was not receiving text messages, and we had to speak through email or phone. (very frustrating. Despite this, I was required to initiate all follow-up communication myself. Ultimately, the vehicle was sold without meaningful engagement or updates. The experience gave the impression that my interest was not taken seriously.

They contacted me immediately. I went to the dealer and Patrick was awesome. Explained everything. Was an awesome salesman. Very relaxed l, and answered every question I had. Highly recommend him.
