I’ve been contacted multiple times about a Tesla Model 3 I was interested in, so I decided to come see it in person. Before heading over, I called to let them know I was coming. Arin told me to come “anytime” between 4:00–4:30. Shortly after that call, I received a text saying I had a 4:30 appointment scheduled, which I never specifically asked for, but I didn’t think much of it. I arrived a little early and parked right out front. I spent time looking at the 7 and 8 Series vehicles and didn’t see anyone outside. I then walked into the showroom, which was nearly empty. I saw someone at a desk (who I was later told was the manager), but no one acknowledged me. I went back outside, looked over the car I inquired about, and then sat inside it for over an hour. No one approached me. That’s honestly crazy considering how much outreach I received beforehand. I eventually had to walk back inside and ask for help myself. I called inquiring about the color of a vehicle advertised on Car Gurus but they would not tell me. after almost a week, they said the vehicle was no longer available.

Was ready to purchase the vehicle, said they wouldn't sell to me because I was out of state. Feel like dealer held the car for someone internal. Not happy at all.
