BMW dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

Inquired about the MDX. Heard from one person and then another. When inquired about recall repair, car went off market and did not receive another reply. About one week later, reached out again. Then they replied that they had other MDX for sale. Bought my Lincoln from them when Herb owned the dealerships. Even though it was not a good experience, I still have that vehicle. I expected a better experience since new ownership needs to build a rapport.

We were never told that the credit union, we wanted to use was NOT acceptable, even though I have used them 3 times for auto loans. Also, I got a much better rate through my credit union, and we couldn't work a trade in value. This company plays games, if you do not mind a changing amount, use them. I you want a final cost without moving, forget this dealership.
