Watch out for these guys they sell a car right from underneath you. Poor customer service and don’t stand behind there word….. I asked for some detail pictures of a car and I wanted to leave a deposit to hold the car and they told me they would send me some pictures and I didn’t have to worry about leaving a deposit. They will take care of everything and then I get a call two hours later saying they sold the car to someone that was waiting when they open the doors. But when I talk to them five minutes after they open, they said the car was available so I talked to the service manager and he told me he went with the person in house over the person on the phone! So why advertise online if you don’t want to take care of first come first serve Internet or in person should make a difference whoever leaves the deposit first should get the car…

I have purchased several cars from BMW of Orland Park and have always had an outstanding experience. The CPO cars are always in pristine condition and the items that are even close on the CPO inspection are just replaced prior to showing the cars. ALL BMW DEALERS DO NOT FOLLOW THIS PRACTICE!
