They contacted me promptly. However when I made arrangements for the test drive, when I drove out for the test drive they had the wrong vehicle there for me. The vehicle i was interested in was not on the property & the person working there had no info as to when it would be available. Furthermore, the person who contacted me via text was not the person who was at the dealer. The person texting suggested I re-contact the person at the dealership who previously didn't know when the vehicle would be back, to find out when the vehicle would be back & suggest another time to try to do the test drive. I the person texting me, was ENTIRELY unaware that I had i deed shown up for the test drive. Nor did the texting person know that the wrong vehicle had been brought out for me to test drive nor when the vehicle I expressed interest in would be avail. I said these were red flags & I'd pass on the vehicle. Several days later I was contacted via email asking if I was still interested.

Distance is the problem as I am in Florida for 5 more weeks. If the vehicle is still available, we will be speaking then.

Dealership discovered a misplaced wedding ring of ours in the traded-in vehicle-they called us and returned the ring to us. That tells you that the dealership and it's staff are high quality people and that this is a reliable/honest place to do business with. Our salesguy was a particularly straight person with us and we appreciated his professionalism.
