Mike Pilla and Jamar Anderson were fantastic. They were transparent and helpful throughout the purchasing process and shopping with them was overall a very pleasant experience.

Went to test drive and had to wait for them to unpack salt from the car. No issue until we get in the care with a sales man who claimed he knew nothing about the car until the car stalled 2 minutes into the drive. He then admitted they knew that was an issues but he assumed they fixed it…I just left.

No problem with this dealer. They were very responsive and reached out quickly. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested in sold before I had a chance to see it.

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove an hour and a half with my daughter and spent several hours negotiating what I thought was a fair price. Later, I realized the $200 deduction for the damaged steering wheel cover was never applied, and about a week after the sale I discovered the car needed all new tires. During signing, I was told the car would receive a fresh detail, but when I got in, it was clear no cleaning had been done. I was exhausted from the long day and still had a long drive home, so I didn’t have the energy to insist they fix it. While I take responsibility for not catching everything, a trustworthy dealership should disclose issues upfront—especially safety-related ones. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I will not be recommending this dealership to family or friends.
