Dillip was excellent throughout the entire process—knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Although I ultimately decided to go with a different car brand in Houston, I would absolutely recommend Audi North Star and Dillip to friends and family.

Yes it's an Audi dealership but they try every deceitful tactic a car salesman has to fleece out of your money. Your time is not respected, they are not transparent with the process, they keep trying to sell you something you don't want. They use stall tactics to an extreme. They don't respect you have pre approval through another bank, they are only interested in you using their own finance company they work with instead. Lie straight to your face about not doing credit checks when they really are doing a credit check. It's absurd and the entire process at the dealership was a terrible experience. The only reason they aren't rated 1 star is because the car was as advertised.
