Dealer very communicative

This was my second attempt to buy a used Audi from this dealership and i experienced the same thing. They made promises to send videos and i asked a question to the sales guy but never got a follow through to answer my questions. This happened in 2024 (i ended up buying a car from audi Valencia) and this week. I have up on them. I didnt buy yhe car because of their lack of responsiveness from the salesperson over emails. I got more VMs and emails from their financing officer but i wasnt going to use their finance until i see their car first.
