Worse experience ever. Many calls dripped when transferred should have been my first clue Communication absolutely terrible. I wanted to purchase an Audi Q7 and was from out of state and wanted to pick uo the vehicle on a Saturday. The salesman told me its busy on Saturdays and they give preference to locals first. I was upon belief he said that and said this car is basically sold to me and is a guaranteed sell and money is money In the end i decided against purchasing this vehicle as was too painstaking of a process and wondered if they really wanted to sell the vehicle

They lied like they did a full inspection on the car had the car for two days the light popped up on the dashboard saying the car was overheating then on top of that I paid cash BMO warranty had me sitting all day for them to say they have to order the part and leave me with no way to move around had they done a full inspection on the car would not even be in this situation they not honest ppl just looking for a sell stay far away from them .People works hard for they money for them to be lying just for a sell and the car was definitely overpriced with out no warranty .Just sad and they reporting in accurate information on they cars save y’all self time and money go elsewhere
