Dealer very communicative

The team at Audi Marin was awesome! I came in already knowing which used vehicle I wanted to buy. Even though I had pre-approval from my bank for the vehicle loan, they still wanted to try and get me a better deal (which they weren’t able to). They communicated well and stayed late just so I could drive away in my new car. I appreciated all their hard work and communication throughout the process!

Unable to get accurate information about the listing. Interior color, mileage, and other information was incorrect. Location of the vehicle was not transparent. Price was not as advertised. More than ten thousand dollars of additional "recommended" fees and services were added on. I could not trust the information coming from this dealership.

Straight forward experience from finding car on CarGurus to requesting more pictures that were sent over quickly. Nice sales person, Ruan, was knowledgeable and easy to engage with. One disappointment was the online trade-in calculator by CarGurus was not correct, but we came to an agreement before going to the dealer. Once there car was as presented clean, charged and tradie-in was straightforward. Although paying cash, the financing paperwork still took a bunch of time… Still low stress and love the new to us Q4 etron. Would gladly shop this dealer and group again.
