Did not liked their approach. Always pushing to get you at the dealership without answering some of the questions, when those are asked. Could not get the selling price (since different prices are advertised) because need it to go to the dealership. For them it was all about going into the dealership and not so much to answer and provide information. The car was not a CPO and when I asked why, they told me they will make it a CPO. From an official Audi dealership I was expecting better courtesy and customer attention.

Overall, my sales rep person was very professional. He was not pushing a deal on me. The finance guy, I call him Red as he was very upfront and found me the best rate or should I say the best deal, my purchase process at the dealership was quickest than any vehicle I’ve ever purchased. They made me feel very welcome at this particular dealership. My car was top tier .
