The envoys high mileage and age made financing difficult. The team at Sanderson found me a newer car with better mileage, that was better than I thought I could afford. The process was quick and upfront. They worked hard to find me the best deal for my credit situation. Definitely recommend.

Did not receive the customer service one should expect. I was applying for financing and the sales person I spoke to and was eager to make a deal, when it appeared I needed more down he sent a text saying I’ll hear from him later that day and it chose to not reach out. I called a few times and chose to ignore. Done.

Contacted the dealership to check on available. They confirmed the vehicle was available and asked if I would like to see it and asked if I would let them knowif I was coming to look at it. I contacted them in the morning of the day I was coming to let them know I would be there in the afternoon which was about an hour drive and they said they would have it sitting out front ready to go. I arrived and waited for for quite sometime to get helped and then was told that the vehicle was not available because it needed the have the transmission repaired.

Mike was straight forward but they wouldn’t budge on price at all kinda disappointing so moved on .
