Did not receive the customer service one should expect. I was applying for financing and the sales person I spoke to and was eager to make a deal, when it appeared I needed more down he sent a text saying I’ll hear from him later that day and it chose to not reach out. I called a few times and chose to ignore. Done.

I purchased the vehicle from out of state so there was already a little bit of hesitation on my part. But the dealership made it seamless. They were in constant communication, kept me updated on all facets of the purchase in the shipping process as well as the financial portion, and followed up throughout the entire process.
