Everyone at Autozain was very helpful in the entire car buying process. Pricing is fair and transparent. No hidden fees or any of the usual dealer stories one hears of. Very streamlined. Took a couple of days to finalize but that was on my end. They were patient and understanding. Final day I came in signed papers and was out the door in les than half hour. All in all very good experience.

Never responded to several of my emails.

I went to the dealership and they couldn’t find the keys to the car that they said they had available. It felt like they dismissed me as a buyer from the minute I stepped on the lot. There was a comparable model on the lot that they never mentioned that I would have been interested in. I was very disappointed in the service I received. There was also zero follow up the next day in which the car they couldn’t find the keys for magically sold the day after I was there.

Staff was very nice until I told the Manager the next day that I was not going to buy the car. He asked why. I told him I didn't like the interior and they were making it difficult for me to pay cash. He got mad, argued with me and hung up on me. I am a previous customer, but I will never even consider buying a car from them! Everything had to be their way. In the end the manger showed his true colors!
