The round trip took me eight hours, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The sales representative was inattentive and repeatedly walked away instead of assisting us properly. The vehicle’s battery was completely dead upon arrival, and it took three hours to replace it, which shows a serious lack of preparation and professionalism. During the test drive, the infotainment screen was not functioning, and this issue was never disclosed to me beforehand. Additionally, the rear of the vehicle had visible damage that was not shown in the online photos. I was only informed about this after I arrived. After spending eight hours traveling, I expected honesty and transparency. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional.

I was a little worried about doing business with an out of state dealer. Jarrad Smith was very helpful, patient and kind. He did a video to show me the whole truck. He answered all my questions and more. He kept in touch on every step of the way with the handling of the truck to it being delivered and even letting me know when they were 30 minutes away. I had a great experience with this dealership and the salesman Jarrad. It's a wonderful truck. Thank you for all the help.

After they reached out I told them I was ready to buy and they said that I had to buy their dealer installed insurance/items and they would not sell without me buying it for another 3k which was not listed in the price. I did ask if they would sell for the advertised price and they said NO. They gave me the old bait and switch and it’s a dirty move. I do not recommend buying a car from this shady dealer.
