Had scheduled a appointment to see the car. Drove 7 hours to the dealership and the car was not ready. It was in their service area on a lift with both front tires off. The wheels were at another shop getting aired up? Anyway we waited about 3.5 hours just for them to get the car ready. I wound up buying the car with out even test driving it. The part of purchasing the car and financing was about the same as another dealership. Slow, and trying to up sale with add ons.

The folks at Next Drive are great. Julie and Lenny were both a pleasure to work with. The truck was exactly what I expected and they made the process easy. No pressure, no complications and no surprises. I was pleased with the price I got for my trade-in and the new truck pricing was very transparent. If you are in the market for a truck, do yourself a favor and go see these folks.

Totally unprofessional. After receiving all of my approval information before they closed for the evening I was told I'd get a call the following morning. He didn't call me nor did he answer when I called him. When I called from a different phone number, the call was answered. I soon learned why he did call me. He was too embarrassed to tell me that he sold the vehicle AFTER I was given the green light.
