Lino and Chris were very professional and gave a great experience.

Overall experience was poor — support felt very weak and impersonal, with overly automated, inconsistent communications. Responses were slow or contradictory, and staff gave the impression they weren’t interested in closing a straightforward, quick sale.

I would have purchased from them except they tried to add $4500 worth of dealer options to the price without disclosing them or even asking if I wanted to purchase the items. None of which added value to the car in my opinion. I do not business with anyone when full disclosure of price in not transparent.

It was a pleasant experience.

Communication was great. I was able to test drive the car prior to purchase. Purchase went as planned. Took less than an hour to close the deal. Exterior and interior of car was in great condition. I drove the car 3 hours to get home. So far so good.
