They were nice and good people a lot more friendly and respectful and understanding at the mean and the good thing about them that they were able to negotiate with me on the price and as far as i know most of other dealers don’t negotiate on the prices which was something really special about them and overall i am so happy from my purchase and doing business with them there and i will always support and recommend them to other people too.

Zero stars contacted them for a van i was really interested in and never replied saw it online still and decided to call and ask if they still had the van no answer so I decided to drive an hour and 45 mins away to see it and then they told me they sold it the night before and that I should have called to put it on hold for me and it was a very trashy dealer ship

My salesmen was wonderful, very helpful and I felt as if he really wanted to help find me a car. I would definitely tell my friends about him. I wasn't a big fan of the finance department. I called to ask a question, still havent gotten a call back.

I was working with yaro the Internet manager. While he tried to reply to every emails in a friendly manner" by saying I hope your having a great day" I had to call him because he wouldn't answer my specific questions in the emails. Then when I called he put me on hold. Then never return and said the salesman we were working with "Boris " would give me a call back. It's been a week since we looked at the vehicle and no call back or email communication from him or anyone else. Poor communication and customer service from this dealership. Would have liked to buy the car.

They were unwilling to negotiate even with the vehicle having some minor damage… salesman was really professional but no movement with a vehicle with damage is hard to work with.

Salesman didn’t pay attention to anything tried to tell me he couldn’t approve me but I already had a bank approval all the information he gave me was false information there are other dealerships out there that will give you the time a day and pay attention to what is going on
