From the moment I contacted him, Shane was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me with getting my 2018 Jeep. When you get there they tell you a non negotiable fee that’s added to the price. Not sure if it is based on the cost of the car so instead it raised the price by more than 700. It had to do with cosmetic issues and I was already buying an older car so it didn’t make sense. I had to wait to drive it and was told of this price after I got there.

The salesman told me he would not accept any pre-approvals from car gurus or credit unions for this car. So I looked into finacing through them and the best they could offer me was double what I was pre approved for. The car salesman with the fake teeth repeatedly lied to me he is an absolute crook. Watch out for this place. They live up to all the typical stereotypes of shady car salesman.

Horrible dealership with shady business practices. We had negotiated and agreed on a price in the evening on the phone since we live 2 hours away. Before leaving to drive to the dealership the next morning, we called to confirm everything was on track. Good thing we did, they didn't answer the phone or call back all day. I called multiple times throughout the day. Finally early evening someone answered and said "oh, we sold that to someone else a few minutes ago." Dishonest. Untrustworthy. Horrible communicators. Will never do business with them now. Ironically, noticed the car was put back as available about 36 hours later. Guess their buyer fell through...or discovered their true character and backed out. Shame shame.

Jordan was outstanding and very professional!! Great communication and made the experience easy and simple. World recommends this dealer and I would buy from again in a heartbeat!!

They posted info about the car and they were polite. Unfortunately, the car was sold before I had a chance to look closer at it.

Had a deal , financing in place , shipping arranged . Sold the car to someone else … crickets
