I was interested in vehicle. Kept replying to texts. Called dealership, spoke to someone, he muttered something and then hung up. No call back. Won’t be getting this vehicle!

My salesman Jon was very helpful and went the extra mile to meet my needs. If I was going to purchase another vehicle, he would be my choice.

Worst place to do business. Staff helpfulness available, before the sell, not after. The car broke down about 22 hours after delivery and took me 11 phone calls and 3 hours before help was available. The car stayed in the shop for 7 days. First time I went to pick it up the mechanic gave me a non-sense excuse. I was not satisfied, so they kept it. Second time: SVC clerk said and quote; "It is not ready. We order the part, but we will received it tomorrow". They gave me a rental car (had to fight for it) and Enterprise kept calling me because the dealer did not set it up correctly. The service department torn off the car seat cover and department manager took a picture and told me and I quote; "I will call you Tuesday and let you know if its going to be replace it or recompensate you" As off today, no phone call. The financial guide and service manager integrity is questionable. Trough the whole thing they were playing a blame game. Nobody wanted to be responsible or fix the problem.

I had an appointment scheduled, arrived on time, and still waited nearly an hour before receiving assistance, while the salesperson seemed more focused on other sales than helping me. I was also told to call my insurance company and add the vehicle before leaving, which was unexpected, and I received no information about the vehicle’s Gold Certification. This has been the longest and most frustrating purchase process I’ve experienced, even when using certified checks. While I remain loyal to Toyota, this dealership fell short. The vehicle was sold as Gold Certified, yet I’ve noticed wind noise and what appears to be a warped windshield, raising concerns about the inspection. I would appreciate prompt contact to have these issues inspected and corrected to meet Toyota’s certified standards. Do not waste your money at this place.
