My experience with Greenway Mazda was frustrating and unprofessional. I clearly asked for the full out-the-door price including all fees and dealer add-ons because I was comparing vehicles. Instead of providing the information, my request was ignored and the conversation kept getting redirected to financing terms. It felt like they were avoiding a simple and reasonable request for transparent pricing. If a dealership cannot provide a basic price breakdown when asked, it raises concerns about transparency. I expected better communication and respect for a potential customer’s time.

Langston Lee was very attentive and professional, and is an excellent salesman. The sticking point came when a $1495.00 preparation fee was added to the sales price. Besides that, my overall experience at this dealership very good.

Had a great experience working with the staff at Lexus Southwest. Salesman Yasser was professional and transparent on the how the process in buying the Jeep. Kept me updated when Jeep would be ready for pick up. Kiddo to the finance department in meeting my terms on finance the Grand Cherokee.

Sales rep Timothy went above and beyond. Not enough stars to give!

Horrible experience, showed up from Brenham (2 hour drive to Houston) just for them to tell me the truck is at the “auction” and all these things were wrong with it like the suspension and transmission. And the guy that told me to show up wasn’t even there. I would rate it better than the three star but that experience was horrible. Only good thing out of that place is Matt Lopez, real solid guy and helped me find my dream truck, I would recommend going in and asking for him specifically, he’ll hook you up.
