Good honest dealer

Felt a bit shady. The dealer came back and told me my trade-in was involved in an accident, so he couldn't offer me what it was worth. Its never been in an accident. Do not recommend this dealer.

They were very helpful & knowledgeable

After a number of phone calls emails, and texts. After confirming an appointment and driving for two hours I was told the vehicle wasn’t there. After getting in my vehicle to drive back home. I was stopped and told it was there. After going back into the dealership I was again told it was not there but they could definitely get me in a different vehicle that day. After reading reviews from others this happens a lot there ( Bait cars ) are what some were saying. Next day I was called and was told the vehicle was available again and wanted me to come back and test drive. Then again I was called and told it wasn’t available again. That was enough for me to not pick up the phone from them again. People were nice but there lack of communication in the dealership needs work.

Transfer was immediate and efficient.
