I found a Tesla I liked on iDrive1's listing. On day 1, I specifically asked if the car was ready for pickup, and they confirmed yes, I could pick it up as soon as the loan was approved. Based on that, I put my deposit down the same day and moved forward. My loan was approved on day 2. Only after that, once my deposit was in and financing was done, did they tell me the car actually had minor repairs and dents that needed fixing and wouldn't be ready for about a week. That's not what I was told when I committed my money. If they'd been upfront about the car's condition on day 1, I could have made an informed decision before putting down a deposit and running a loan. Being told "yes, ready" and only learning otherwise after committing felt misleading. To their credit, I decided not to move forward and my deposit was refunded without a hassle. But I'd strongly encourage them to disclose a vehicle's true condition and repair timeline before customers deposit and finance.

Extremely friendly people and very helpful and honest. Eddie specially was accommodating. Office was comfortable, clean and inviting. I highly recommend them to the people I like. I will buy another car for them.

Taylor responded to my inquiry quickly and courteously. I had several questions and she immediately got details I asked for and got back to me. They had as reasonable price on the vehicle as I could find and the purchase process proved to be quite simple, quickly executed and the vehicle was ready for me to take delivery. The GM made contact after the sale to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was a very good process to find the vehicle I wanted!
