They contacted me that the car had sold.

Horrible service!!!! Service rep sent pictures 2 days after asking for them and then contacted me Friday morning to confirm appointment, told him I was actually going to be in early (Im from out of town 5hrs away) just to get a text not a call 3hrs later telling me it sold…..mind you I tried giving them money to hold and they didn’t take it…..complete circus with no communication!!!!!

Overall I have no issue with staff who reached out to me Mr. Smith. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The issue I do have is the deceptive or hidden sale pricing they advertise on their web site. They advertise one price, but once you contact them they give you the real price that has add ons/markups. They won’t sale you the vehicle (at least on Tiguan RT) without them. They advertised the Tiguan Turbo R for $44K, but the real price was close to $51K. Even if this included TTL (don’t think so) the markup was outrageous. I wish they were more transparent. I understand this particular model is in high demand, and a lot of customers are willing to overpay I’m not one of them.

This was by far the best experience shopping for a car.. we spent very little time in finance and very little time with the agent... It overall was a very good experience and the used car lot was very clean.

Kmal was the best and most honest salesman we have dealt with over the last 6 months. He was very polite and super nice. The insurance man was also very nice. The experience was enjoyable. No games. If he is still there when the Stout pickup comes up I will buy again. I was 100% satisfied.
