I really like the sales people and the manager made a point of meeting with me just to say hi and let me know he was there if I needed anything. I’m still shopping, but I get updates all the time and I’m very happy with my experience with Brandon and Vlad.

I was never contacted by the dealership. I guess they didn't want the sale.

Great customer service. Great active listening, knowledgeable, and friendly. Car was as described, great deal, had CarFax and KBB information to show the great pricing. Went to test drive, and because the lot is still being built, car wasn’t fully cleaned off for test drive. However, the car was detailed as we decided to purchase the car, and it looks brand new. Would recommend visiting this dealership, and am curious how their new build will look! Thank you John R. for your help with the purchasing process! Still talking to dealership but they are definitely interested in trying to sell a vehicle and lack a little followup when you ask deeper questions about the vehicles conditions. They get an A+ for trying to sell but a B for answering questions about what they are selling plus maybe could be better when you put them on the spot. I don’t blame them - that is typical for most dealerships. It is a tough job selling cars but one can make it easier by knowing the product they are selling. They are a dealership selling one of the most reliable brands while also trying to sell an off brand used vehicle that they don’t know as well. So Ok overall dealership so far based on my interactions. They are as good as most others or better in trying to help.

Really easy to work with super friendly

The employee who showed us the van was on time and very pleasant. The owner was late and condescending but no deal was made. No hard feelings. If the employee who showed that van was the one I had to deal with all the way through, probably would have purchased.
