Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They worked with us throughout the whole purchasing process. My only complaint was, as we figured it would be, is how long it takes to buy a car. No matter how prepared you are. But we are very happy with the car and would recommend Harper and CarGurus to anyone looking for a new or used car!

People here seem lazy and don't have good communication. I was told my vehicle would get a full tank of gas then the manager changed that when I arrived to purchase. I was told a credit application would take 3 hours to come back and they don't accept appointments after 6 even though they are open until 7. Just a big lack of communication and misleading sales people.

Kind and not pushy staff. Held the vehicle for us while we traveled to see it. They WILL NOT negotiate on pricing. What they list is what they will sell for. Would go back to shop there again.
