I contacted them they were quick with response even got me approved, scheduled a time for test drive , got to the dealership, I wasn’t approved for the truck I wanted and showed me the truck I was approved for which was not the truck I drove an hour to see and work out a deal, a simple conversation telling me that I wasn’t approved for the truck I wanted instead of trying to bait and switch me by withholding information made me feel like I was intentionally lied to and attempted to manipulate me into a vehicle I didn’t , on top of the that the truck they showed me the rear doors wouldn’t even open lol overall I feel like I was lied to they chose to not be up front about the situation

Fabulous. Miguel and “Shake” ( I am not sure how to properly spell this!) were wonderful. Very helpful with financing and great communication. Helpful without being pushy!

No one would talk with us about the car. They told us they can’t do title apps after 2:00pm we would need to come back another day. So I left drove to Marietta GA the next morning and purchased the car I wanted.

Several people check to see was car there and said yes. It was still showing on Internet but drove from Montgomery had a time schedule all sales people were in a meeting one sales person. And he told us when we got there the guy Sidney was off and the car had been gone. Awful experience

Set an appointment to go view the vehicle and it appointment was sold an hour after I set the appointment then was told at 4pm that afternoon that it was in the process of being purchased. They proceeded to suggest an infinity. Told them I wasn't interested in infinity and two days later, they again texted me, talking about a car they thought I would be interested in and out was another infinity that was OLDER than anything i told them I was interested in.

The sales person was very helpful and very polite and worked hard to get the deal that I ask for and everything went well

Salesperson was helpful and prompt with communication. Buying process was good. The clean up process of the truck wasn't as good as it should have been. No reflection on the salesperson but the truck should have been cleaned with more detail.

Great dealership.
