Sales staff was very knowledgeable about the car. No high pressure sales tactics.

The car is sitting on the lot. It is advertised on their website AND CarGurus AND other places.. but when I go to look at it they tell me it’s not for sale BUT of course they can’t sell show me one of their NEW cars. THEN to make matters even worse, several other sales people reached out to me about the car to see if I was interested in buying it from my original inquiry on CarGurus, to which I replied oh great are you able to sell the car now… And then a day later come back and say oh sorry it’s a it’s not available to be sold, but we could tell you something else… terrible communication between the sales people. Definitely unscrupulous marketing tactics. #BaitAndSwitch

Nice salesperson. Dealership seemed more interested with new car sales. Not willing to negotiate on the used cars. The car we looked at had some flaws that were not addressed prior to our visit. For the price, I was expecting a car in better condition.
