The dealership was wonderful to deal with. Lindsey Moore was the best saleswoman you could ask for.

This was one of the worst business interactions of my life. I confirmed, twice, that I would be going to see a car over the weekend. I got there 20 minutes early and found out that the car I was confirmed to view was sold right before I got there. It ruined my whole weekend and the drive back was done in shame.

we love the car but dealing with Carface was awful. They have no receptionist so you can't call directly - your calls go to a call center and they relay the message - we literally called 5 times one day before we got a call back. Our sales girl was sweet but for some reason, the person that we had an appt with initially was not the salesperson we ended up with. We were never told anything about putting a deposit down but we had to do it to purchase the car - we were told it would be refunded but we had to ask for it back - it was never brought up when we purchased the car. We were hesitant to deal with Carface but figured it had to be ok since the BBB gave it an A. Not sure how that happened - I'd never recommend it.

Vehicle was described accurately. The buying process didn't take very long. The sales rep was very friendly an very professional.

The overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people by starting the process on car gurus it saved me much time at the actual dealership. The staff was wonderful very helpful. It made my car buying experience a breeze Ryan was a big help as well as Richard and some of the other staff.
