I got there and was greeted well,and then they sent me over to Chris desk...waited on him. He comes and go grab the truck and brings over the wrong vehicle then he finally comes around with the right vehicle with all doors open and I smell gas instantly and I look at my girl to ask her if she smell that, and she looked at me to say yes and then I ask Chris and he look me dead in my eyes and say no! (Red flag) "And then I look down and the floor board is soaked!!!..wait!! There's more! I step back and what do I see? Gas leaking from exhaust!! (Heavy flow) I say yo Chris you see that..he looked at it and says I'm sorry..can I help you find something else?!?!....No Chris, that'll be all.

I received a very Hospitable call from A dealer named Jimmy. He was attentive and welcoming. So I am encouraged by Jimmy. However, I was looking at a couple caravans, beside this 2016. and one of the Dodge Caravans went up 2000.00 before I could even see it.. this was troubling.

Man, I came into look at an Infiniti, I left with an entirely different vehicle. (Which I love!) but from the moment I walked in, I knew…. This is where I want to do business. The facility was beautiful, the people were incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first from Certified but certainly won’t be my last!

Overall experience was excellent, was contacted by two associates, set up a time, and met with Kaitlyn, she was excellent and a big help, car was up front and ready, we did end up purchasing the vehicle, great find. And Cargurus.com was a big help too, I was searching for months till I found this beauty. I will be using Cargurus again, in the summer when I’m looking to get another vehicle. TY
